Texas Wilderness Survival Training Course:

In this empowering survival training, you will learn positive actions to take during an emergency.  We will teach you how to apply survival skills during emergency scenarios that we will construct for you during this course.  Instruction will cover the ‘What if, when, where, what, and how’, during a survival situation.  You will also learn to locate water by identifying trees, plants, and other water indicators while learning to filter water in the field with special attention to purifying bacteria polluted water containing viruses, and other bad stuff.

Emergency Fire Making and Wild Edible Plants

Emergency one – match fire techniques, flint and and steel are great skills to know. Along with fire making, learn techniques for boiling water and cooking food.  We will cover plant and tree identification along with how to prepare wild edible and medicinal plants, including other types of foods like insects and mammals that are native to Texas.

Ask yourself this question.  Could you survive in the wilderness or a natural disaster for one week without matches, a gun, a knife, food, and the skills needed to survive?  Do you really want to rely on someone else to make life and death decisions for you and your families survival when things get tough?

Primitive Hunting Weapons

In emergencies, we often do not have time to create sophisticated hunting tools like the Bow and Arrow to harvest game right away.  However we will cover several quick and effective hunting weapons during this course that are simple to make and use.
