first circle camp ....the beginning
First Circle is the camp you will start with in our adult survival camp series.
First Circle introduces our students to the basic concepts of wilderness survival and nature awareness. In native cultures throughout the world and especially in North America, the circle represents a sacred space which is inclusive and respectful of all things. Air, water, earth, plant, stone, animal and human, retain a place in the circle of life.
Neither animal or element is above the other, but share in the beauty and joy of being. The combination of these provide us with the means to survive. All lie within the circle of life and hold the wisdom and secrets which will become known to you during First Circle Camp.
In this personally empowering experience, your study will begin with the sacred four of survival.
Track your first bear, lie in the meadow and connect with nature, move with the grace of a deer.
First Circle Camp is designed to prepare, challenge, and educate you in the protocols of wilderness survival. You will learn how you can survive anywhere if the need arises, by practicing and applying time honored indigenous techniques.
