Our training is designed for your success. Our survival courses are taught in a relaxed, professional, and friendly manner.
Do women attend your survival camps?
Yes. Women attend camp and gain the same positive benefits as men do.

Do older adults attended these camps?
Yes, we have enjoyed students in their 50's and 60's who attend our camp courses.
Do I have to be in physical shape to attend a camp?
If you can walk two miles over uneven ground comfortably without being winded. Your fit enough to attend First Circle.
We are not a boot camp. The amount of effort you do is self-regulated by you. You can work as hard or at the level of physical activity you're most comfortable with.
What kind of shape do I need to be in for advanced camps?
For Advanced Survival Training and THE EDGE. Physical fitness is beneficial for a positive experience.
Do you have standards of behavior?
Yes. Students are expected to maintain appropriate standards of behavior. We require students to abstain from alcohol, illegal, and recreational drugs. For the duration of the camp. Tobacco smoking is not allowed.

Survival skills training basic safety skills
Your safety is number one with us. In a real survival scenario, the ability to move safely and stay safe increases your chances of survival. Safety is an important skill to practice when recreating outdoors.
Whether you're out for a day hike or a weekend backpacking trip. We train for safety the same way.

What are Primitive Skills or First Skills?
Primitive skills or first skills are the foundation of survival skills training. We use what nature provides us to meet our basic needs of survival.
The benefit of primitive skills adds another set of tools to our survival toolbox. ” The more you know the less you carry”. We learn to rely on our mind and muscle to survive.

First Circle Camp
Advanced Survival Training
Advanced Survival Training builds your outdoor living and survival skill level. This is your next camp to attend.
The EDGE is our extreme survival training and the third camp in the Circle series of survival.
We do offer other opportunities for you to increase your dirt time and experience in survival training. The Wilderness Immersion and Winter Camp are both examples of other courses available for you.
Winter Survival Training
Based on my winter experiences and training in snow country Winter Camp was born.
Winter Survival Skills Training or simply Winter Camp is focused on Bushcraft and cold weather training.
Texas Survival Training
And for our Texas friends. Join us each March near Austin for Lifesong Outdoor Survival Training. Spring is a wonderful time to begin your Texas survival skills training.
